Selv den mest ihærdige løber kan fra tid til anden have svært ved at få snøret skoene og komme afsted.
Måske er vejret ikke lige det, du drømte om? Måske har du 1.000 andre ting, du egentlig også burde gøre. Eller du gider simpelthen bare ikke rigtig i dag?
Der kan siges meget om såkaldte motivational quotes eller motiverende citater. Og det er nemt at lave sjov med dem. Men jeg har selv nogle få favoritter i hovedet, der af og til popper op – fx når det kniber med motivationen til at komme ud af døren, eller når en tur føles hård.
